Prayers for Week of September 12-18
Having been set free from sin, (you) have become slaves of righteousness....For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death.

Sunday, September 12
Client whose choices/circumstances that hinder her decision making, her attitude, and keeps her in the darkness of the deceit.
Pray for her freedom in Christ.
Monday, September 13
Client is desiring for her baby to be baptized. As she is seeking possibility (client does not attend church),
pray that she will find God herself & desire a relationship with the Lord herself.
Tuesday, September 14
Client who requests prayer for her son who is incarcerated for 1+ years. Pray for their repentance & turn to God for comfort, strength, & peace.
Wednesday, September 15
Client who wants to manage money better. Pray her “little” obedience will reap “big” rewards. Pray this new management will be a start of a new lifestyle for her.
Thursday, September 16
Client who is not a believer yet but is interested & “putting it off”. Pray our time together will spur her, cause her to hunger & thirst for the Lord.

Baby Bottle Project
Mother’s Day 2010 kicks off for its 9th season; clinking pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters into new baby bottles. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year. For 5 wks.- till Father’s Day, family members, aged 1 to 100 can watch as that dainty bottle fills to the top. How much is a bottle full of change worth? About $17. WOW!! If you don’t want to be bothered with coins a tax-deductible check can be inserted, as well.
If your church is participating please take a bottle home and join the fun. If your church hasn’t yet come on board, please stop by the CPC and we’ll give you your own bottle to fill.

Bowl-a-thon Results
Thanks to all who participated or sponsored a bowler for our fall fundraiser. The afternoon of the 10th was great fun with hearty shouts, high fives and plenty of gutter balls, as well! Pizza and prizes were awarded to all! We were able to raise over $6000 for ongoing programs to aid the Livingston County women. God bless each of you!
